INSTRUCTIONS

1. Ask the customer if they have already signed up to our database
If yes, proceed with the normal check-in process
If no, ask if the customer if they would like to join the database and explain they will receive $5 bonus added

2. Fill out form

3. Notify customers that their data won’t be shared with third parties.

4. They can find the privacy policy in the footer of the email or our website

5. Submit Form - This will add them to our database and log our entry for the competition

 

 

 

FAQs

Can I check if the customer has already signed up?
This will not be able to be done so in-venue. Please forward any emails you want to search to [email protected]
If you don’t have the time to wait to hear back from the Digital Marketing Team, please sign up the customer again.

It’s really busy right now, can I have the customer fill out a physical form instead?
Yes, please continue using the current physical sign up form but please enter them online as soon as you can (please print a few copies of the below form as back-up). This will ensure it is added to your tally at the end of the competition.

Don’t have forms printed out? Just make sure you get the following details:
Name
Email
Card Number

The customer only wants to register their card but not opt-in to the database. Do they still qualify for the $5 bonus credit?
Please offer the $5 bonus credit to push the opt-in piece. You can influence card registration by ensuring their points won’t get lost and we’ll always have that on file.

The customer only wants to register their card but not opt-in to the database. Do they still count towards my tally for the prizes? 
Unfortunately, card registrations will not count towards this incentive. This incentive is purely for Marketing opt-ins. 

Do we still need to keep track of the data on our spreadsheet? 

No. Once you have submitted the form online, it will automatically plug the data in. If there are any technical issues please email [email protected] and we’ll take a look into it. 

We already started collecting this data, does this count towards our tally for the prizes? 
Unfortunately, previous customer entries will not count towards your tally for this incentive. However, the data you previously collected will be manually entered into our system by the Digital Marketing Team. 

How do I know if I’m in the lead for a getaway? 

We’ll provide regular updates in the NTK and through emails. Good luck!
 

Competition Terms & Conditions

*This in-venue incentive runs between 2 March - 26 June 2020. Competition is open to all Archie Brothers Cirque Electriq & B. Lucky & Sons team members. Prizes will be awarded to the 3 team members who sign-up the highest number of people. Only valid email addresses will be counted towards a team member’s total. Customer emails will be validated by a program in Support Office and any fake emails will be removed and not counted towards your tally. Only team members who are still employed by Funlab during the time of the incentive can win. Any falsification of data or bulk third party lists will result in disqualification from the competition and disciplinary action.
