Can I just walk in?

You can walk in,  however,  please be aware that due to capacity restrictions and social distancing, spots in each session are subject to availability. We recommend to call ahead on 9887 4366 or fill out an enquiry form to pre-book and avoid disappointment. You can find the packages that available here.

Why can't I just book bowling like I used to?

We've introduced new 90 minute sessions that allow us to have more control over the number of people in our venue at any one time, and to ensure that those who are in the venue are able to have fun while practising social distancing.

How do the 90 minute session work?

Each booking will run as a 90 minute session, and you will be required to select from one of our package options for your session.

When you arrive, you’ll receive a wristband on arrival for your session with a specific coloured band showing which session you’re in to make sure we are abiding by our capacity and session times.

You’ll be able to play arcade games for the whole of your 90 mins session, subject to availability, social distancing and a fair use policy.

Please note that food and drinks can only be consumed at your dedicated table, and not during while you’re playing.

When the 90 minutes is up, you’ll be expected to finish up your session and leave via the clearly marked exit signs, allowing the next session to commence. Our venue staff will be available to assist and will also be able let you know your session has or is coming to an end.

Please note that due to liquor licensing laws we become strictly 18+ after 8pm. We are currently taking bookings up to 14 days in advance. 

Are you implementing contact tracing?

We sure are. You’ll be asked to enter your details in our venue, or alternatively you can download the app before you arrive and fill out your details on your own device.

What hygiene and cleaning measures are you putting in place?

Our number one priority is the safety of our guests and team members! So we’ve increased our focus on hygiene, social distancing and cleanliness. Check out our Hygiene Commitment  here for all the details.

What do I do when I arrive?

One of our team members will greet you at the entrance of the venue and explain where you’ll be seated and how the activities will work. 

If possible, please have your booking confirmation details open on your phone when you arrive so our team can check you in. Alternatively, please bring along a printed copy of your booking confirmation.


How does the food and beverage work?

If you’ve purchased a package that includes drinks, you’ll be given a drink token at check in to redeem with your server throughout your visit.

You’ll be able to purchase additional food and beverage items through your server during your 90 minute session, and these will be delivered to your allocated table.

Please note that we will not be serving people at the bar and after 8pm we become strictly 18+. 

How will the service run?

On arrival, your group will be allocated a single server for the duration of your session, and they’ll show you to your allocated seating area and table.

During your session, your server will take drink orders and facilitate the start of your games.

I had a booking before lockdown but I decided to postpone it. What are my options?

Is there an age limit for the 90 minute sessions?

Adults are encouraged to come down and let their inner child loose at all times!

Under 18s are welcome before 8pm. They do however, need to be supervised by a parent, legal guardian or responsible adult at all times.

We become strictly 18+ after 8pm rel="noopener noreferrer" and all guests must have valid photo ID with them.
